The GMA 48" x 40" pallet is the most common pallet in North America. We source every grade from a vetted national network — so you get the right pallet for the job, not whatever a single supplier has on the yard.

Use this as a quick reference when speccing your next pallet program. Most operations end up running two or three grades across different freight types — we'll help you decide.
Like-new GMA
The closest thing to a new pallet without the cost. Double-stringer, no plugs, no missing or repaired boards, no visible damage.
Best for
Brand-facing shipments, retail-ready loads, automated conveyor and ASRS systems, food and pharma logistics.
Top-tier recycled
High-quality recycled GMA pallets that have been inspected, lightly repaired, and held to a strict cosmetic and structural standard.
Best for
Outbound freight where appearance matters, retail distribution, high-velocity warehousing, mixed inbound/outbound flows.
Standard repaired
The workhorse of the recycled pallet world. Structurally sound, repaired to a published standard, ready for daily warehouse use.
Best for
General warehousing, inbound receiving, internal moves, manufacturing lines, distribution centers.
Economy recycled
Repaired, functional pallets with more cosmetic wear, more plugs, and more companion boards. Built for cost-sensitive volume.
Best for
One-way shipments, storage racking, internal yard moves, low-value freight, scrap and recycling programs.
Unsorted / repairable
Unsorted, damaged, or broken GMA pallets ready for repair, dismantling, or recycling. Sold by the truckload.
Best for
Pallet recyclers, repair yards, dismantling operations, mulch and biomass programs.

Usually Premium or Grade AA — appearance and consistency matter when your brand is on the load.
Grade A is the workhorse. Cost-effective, structurally sound, easy to repair and reuse.
Grade B and Cores keep landed cost low when the pallet isn't coming back.
